NammaBricks provides a way to enquire about flats and apartments, villas and residential plots for sale in North Bangalore and to contact our team for purchase assistance. Submitting an enquiry does not create an agency agreement or guarantee that a property will be listed, available or sold.

2. Accuracy and availability

Property prices, availability, dimensions, amenities, approvals, ownership, possession timelines and other information must be confirmed with the relevant owner, developer or authorised source. Details can change without notice. Do not rely solely on website text when making a purchase decision.

3. Buyer-side commission

NammaBricks does not charge buyers a buyer-side brokerage commission for its assistance. This does not waive stamp duty, registration, taxes, lender fees, developer charges or other costs payable to third parties. Any separate service terms, if applicable, must be agreed in writing.

4. Property-owner enquiries

By submitting property details, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share it. Submission does not guarantee publication, marketing, a buyer or a sale.

5. External services

Telephone, email, WhatsApp and other linked services may be subject to the terms and availability of their respective providers.

6. No professional advice
